How do I enter my engraving?
For pieces that offer personalization, a text field will appear on the product page. Please enter your engraving exactly as you would like it to appear.
Are personalized pieces refundable?
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How many characters can I engrave?

What materials do you use?
We work primarily with 18K Gold-Filled and 925 Sterling Silver materials selected for durability and everyday wear.
Gold-Filled vs. Gold-Plated?
Gold-filled jewelry features a thick layer of gold (at least 5% by weight) pressure-bonded to a base metal, offering high durability for daily wear, resistance to tarnish, and a 10–30 year lifespan. Gold-plated jewelry has a minuscule, electroplated layer (<0.05% weight), making it cheaper, ideal for short-term fashion use, but prone to tarnishing and fading within months.
Will gold-filled jewelry tarnish?
18k gold-filled jewelry is designed to last significantly longer than gold-plated pieces. With proper care, it maintains its shine and finish for years.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place when not in use. Use an AnerTaila polishing cloth to maintain shine.
